Hidden gem of a Japanese restaurant near North Central. Really appreciated the great service and care taken to make this delicious dish. The Katsu had good crunch and went well with the aromatic curry and fluffy rice. I'll be back again!

This place is amazing. The customer service is also great and the women working there are extremely friendly. They have a lot of vegan options (and non vegan, of course). I've had the tofu katsu curry, garlic tofu, and vegan gyoza and they were all delicious.

I placed an order for lunch as soon as it opened on a Thursday. I got the Tofu Teriyaki and it was ready in around 15 min. It came with some sides which I was a fun surprise. The teriyaki flavor was really good and you can tell that this is true homecooking. I would come back to try some of the vegan sushi options!

We hadn't been back since the beginning of the pandemic. They're only doing lunch takeout these days, but still delicious.

Take-out only service.

Still following COVID protocols; customers required to be masked when placing orders in person.

Good-sized portions, friendly service, and tasty food.

Bentos and sushi on the menu.

Ordered karaage bento (chicken was served over rice with a potato croquette and pickled cabbage), vegetable sukiyaki donburi, chicken teriyaki donburi, and chicken katsu bento.

35 minutes for food to be prepared after placing in person order.

Will return when we're in the area :-)

Great little family run Japanese take out. Mom is the chef and daughter is taking orders. They are really friendly and the food is so yummy! We definitely will be going back again.

This small store has become one of my favorite locations for being the first restaurant I've ever seen do vegetarian/vegan Japanese food justice. The broth in the Kitsune Udon is to die for and we usually save it to put our own noodles into the next day. The Vegan Eel Roll as well feels like it was made with love--everything down to the perfectly seasoned sushi rice is to die for.

This little Japanese restaurant is run by a couple of very nice ladies.  The mother cooks the dishes and the daughter takes care of the front of the house.

At this time, they are still doing take outs only.  Covid protocol is probably one of the best I've seen.  Masks, sanitizing, sneeze guard, hand gel ... it's all there.

Oh yes, the food!  They use good honest ingredients and tries to use organic whenever possible, thus the name.  Things have always been prepared with care and tasty.  Not the cheapest, but considering what you're getting, it's actually not bad at all.  They make their own pickled plums.  A lot of them dates back several decades.
